Project
Eat Out

The Frum Celiac has started a new project called "Eat Out". The goal of this project is to start listing kosher restaurants and other eateries which are GF Friendly (GFF). This means that although the restaurant may not have a GF kitchen, they will work with you to assure that dishes can be prepared for those who are GF.

For example, if you go to a restaurant and want grilled chicken, you can go over to the manager and ask if the grill is used solely for chicken/meat etc. The restaurants we will list should have managers who are told what GF means and are willing to work with their customers. If you ask them for ingredients of their sauces, they should show you labels so you can decide if the sauce is GF.

We are asking for people to send us lists of restaurants they have gone to where they have worked with the establishment to get their family members GF food.

If you have frequented such restaurants and would like them listed please send an email to Moshe and he will send you a questionnaire to fill out on the eatery.
